    Add to EBT Fraud, ......

#1- I've noticed quit a few Cig Shops, with tiny almost hidden hand made signs, ie, "EBT Accepted Here". After talking to one store owner, (who's one helluva nice guy; & immigrant from Dubai); explained to him how buying Cigs with EBT is against the laws here. He took his sign down, and within a week; several take down sting OPS have occurred in town here, for this very issue...

#2- One of my 6 Sisters, has worked at Ralph's Supermarket for 29 years now, where we shop for groceries. I was standing in line this week, and some assclown, was going from person to person, asking to buy my groceries, then pay him back in cash. I told him "get the fuck out of here", the next few people just ignored him.

The Store & its personnel have a code they use, when they see this shit happen, and indeed she picks up her phone, says some code to the Supv. and within minutes the LASD appeared, then hooked and booked this guy.

I'd like to know: for every person who needs help, how many are fraudulently abusing this system.

Like the store owner said, they come in ask to use his Debit/Credit system to get money, then complain over the $2 usage fee. The owner has to buy the machine for one, pay for the cable to run the machine, electricity too, then is taxed rather high as a CA. businessman. His taxes; and ours, go back to pay off these frauds...Its a viscous cycle....

One thing I've seen for a month now, (that has always pissed me off), is: Nurses, who wait on their patients, and are asked by a patient, "when can I get a pain pill", they reply with a canned answer: "It's time you can have a pain pill; and- I will be right back with it", then fkng disappear for 1-2 hours. While other nurses either say, that's not my patient, or "I will be right back", another viscous cycle...

and I thought Rick used a party line rotary, or an old wall mounted phone, that looks like a (ever disappearing) pay phone, without a place for coins.....

I can just see it, please press #27 for Cambodian, #28 Azerbaijani, #29 Chichewa, #30 for Swahili et al.

    Doctor's

1- names no one can pronounce:
    Krishnaparajumita Padmasabhvashvara

2- can't understand a word they say, and they don't comprehend a word their patients say

3- writing, rather childish scribbles on pharmaceutical slips, so bad of writing, not even a foreign Pharmacist can decipher....
