• Thursday marks the first of two matchups between the Trail Blazers and Raptors in 2015-16.

• Portland swept the season series from Toronto in 2014-15 (2-0), and has won four straight games over the Raptors.

• The Trail Blazers are 12-1 against the Raptors since the start of the 2008-09 season. Portland has swept the season series five times during that stretch (only one game in 2011-12).

• Portland has won seven consecutive games over Toronto at the Moda Center dating back to the 2007-08 season.

• Damian Lillard averaged a team-high 24.5 points on 43.2% shooting in two games against Toronto last season.

It's definitely the toughest team that we've faced during this long home-stand. The Raptors have won 12 of their last 13 games and are the 2nd best team in the East going by record.

We thought the Blazers had a good January, but the Raptors had won 11 straight games to end the month of January.

there is (was) a site called profootballmock.com. on that site was a parody of NFL qb's on Facebook that just talked shit to each other. Ben Roethlisberger was portrayed as a moron. he always used caps lock and was always obvious and used the phrase that i used, just different wording. it's actually pretty funny.

I would guess that they want Ross's firepower off the bench.

Looks like Norman Powell's specialty is defense. Shutting down the best wing on the floor.

Little Wright has been in the D-League a bit. He is 3rd string PG but they only play 2 PG's in TOR and Cory Joseph is the backup.

I am guessing they need Ross' scoring off the bench. Powell was really good his last year at UCLA. I have not seen him play in the NBA but I liked his game.
