Lakers never gave up! Despite giving up a 21 point lead, down 4 with 6.7, the Kings commentators said it was over. HA! Great job by Radman, Smush, Kobe, Cook, the whole team tonight. Now let's go beat Denver :happy0144:
Yeah that was pretty sick comeback by the kings but than they played no defense in the last 6.7 seconds and gave up a 4 point lead. Great win for the lakes on the road.
Bibby missed a technical that would have given them a 3 point lead, and Kevin Martin missed 1 of 2. The game could have at least been a 3 point game and would of forced Kobe to shoot the crazy 3 with 2 defenders in his face. But instead he finds the open Parker, and Smush makes it and we carried to momentum into the OT period.
I love the way the lakers perform in close games. It seems the playoffs last season really gave them some confidence! And now I'd back em in 9 times out of 10 in close ones. GO LA GO
But now we have to play Denver tonight. Back to Backs are hard especially after an overtime game the night before and the injuries aren't helping.
Kobe had a marvelous game. I think he can have a career year this season if he keeps his current game up. Though he may not average as many points as he did last season, he can average several more rpg and a lot more apg.
