    ...looks like the accident has already happened, especially if this latest incident has merit.

    ...this could very well be the last of Johnny Football...then again, in this era of "anything goes" it would not surprise me if some whacko doctor/lawyer cites some clinical reason for his behavior as an excuse to reinstate him.
