Re: I'm angry. Very very angry, indeed. I usually go to my dad's house every other weekend. My step mom picks me up, and her 3 kids that she had with her first husband. The oldest one of her kids is probably my best friend, he's 3 years younger than me. Now that you are sort of up to speed with that, here's why I'm pissed off: - My step mom called to see if I was coming up, I said "Yeah, I guess." - After that phone call, I find out that my bro (the one who's 3 years younger than me) is not coming up this weekend. - My dad is an idiot with money and he owes the cable company almost $500 (which makes no sense, because my dad made $100,000 last year and didn't buy anything big). - My dad now did not pay the phone bill up there. - His house is in the middle of nowhere. - We don't do anything up there. Conclusion: I have to spend my weekend up at my dads house. We don't do anything or spend any time together when we are there, my bro won't be there to chill with, I have to hang out with my dad/step-mom who fight (at the top of their lungs with name calling, millions of cuss words, and sometimes violence) no lie EVERY night and morning... with two babies, a10 year old, and a 9 year old girl....with no cable, so I'll miss the two ESPN games tonight (including the Mavs/Spurs!!!), and the Celtics game. No tv, no friends to hang with, we never go anywhere, we're in the middle of nowhere, no computer or phone, and I have to listen to bullsh** arguments and yelling. I know it's easy to say "I don't want to go up" and just stay home... but I can't do that. I'd feel like too much of an ***hole if I called my step mom back, who was on her way down when she called me, to say that I don't want to go anymore. Whoopdie motherfuckin doo.

No basketball courts around, and my dad took our hoop apart for the winter. I have no idea why, because he KNOWS that we always play basketball in the snow. EDIT: OK, well I finally stopped being a pussy about it, and I ended up calling to say I'm not coming. My dad was a complete ***hole on the phone about it, but whatever. That's his personality.
