What are trades, signings etc.. that your team made that you are happy/angry about?Mine are:1. Trading VC, kind of took the bad blood out of Toronto, started a new era2. Drafting Bosh, I truly believe he was the best possible pick at the 4, sure we could have got Wade, but Bosh is our only true big man.3. Getting Bryan C here, he is a good GM who knows were to go in terms of our future.4. Getting Ford, he is one of the best Pg's we have seen in a while5. I am mad that we kept Glen Grunwald and Rob Babcook as Gm's for as long as they were their, absolutely crap moves they all made I gotta say.
Happy: Acquiring Al Harrignton - gives us one of the best frontcourts in the NBA, takes pressure off Jermaine O'neal, who wouldn't want him?Acquiring Darrell Armstrong - just as much of a fan as a player, a leader, loves basketball, sideline coachSigning Sarunas (2 years ago) - he added the shooting touch, passing ability, and leadership that we desperately needSigning Maceo Baston - gives us an athletic frontcourt sub in case of foul trouble to Jermaine, Al, OR FosterNot Resigning Peja - to match a 60 million contract on a one-sided shooter is ridiculous, thankfully we didn't do itNot Happy:Trading Anthony Johnson - dropped 40 points on his former team (the Nets) in our last game of the playoffs, consistant player, wtf was Larry Bird thinking? Not getting rid of Tinsley and Jackson - maybe the worst backcourt in the NBA, irresponsible with the ball - take bad shots, turnover prone, please get rid of them
Not happy....well everything the management has done since trading scottie pippen away on draft night, but the most recent one is letting Nate Mc go and hiring that dubmass BOB Hill. We went from a 50+ win team to a cellar dweller in one year.
Happy- Drafting Paul Pierce, stealing him with the 10th pick. This was the first full NBA draft I ever watched.- Drafting Al Jefferson at #15, Delonte West at 24, and Tony Allen at 25 in the 04 draft.- Absolutely stealing Gerald Green at 18 and then Gomes at 50th in 05.- Getting Rajon Rondo on draft day.- The Ricky Davis deal (when we brought him to Boston) was a steal. We traded a solid center, an aging role player, and a complete bust.- The Gary Payton deal that brought him to Boston.Did Not Like- Trading Chauncey Billups halfway through his rookie season.- Trading Joe Johnson halfway through his rookie season.- Telling Gilbert Arenas that we would take him with the 11th pick, then do otherwise... draft Kedrick Brown out of JUNIOR COLLEGE, who was out of the league by age 24.- Trading Antoine Walker out of Boston TWICE. If you are going to trade him, fine, trade him. But we got CRAP in return for him both times.- Giving Brian Scalabrine a 5 year, $15M contract.- Hiring Doc Rivers.- Giving Mark Blount a big contract.- Drafting Jerome Moiso in the lottery. I don't think he ever averaged more than 3 ppg.I could sit here for an hour and think of every single deal we have made in the past 5 years, but I won't do that. These are just some.
We have one of the best front courts and back courts, but we have one of the worst supporting casts - especially with big men.1. I wish we hadn't have gotten rid of Mehmet Okur - the guy is a beast - look what he's doing on the Jazz.2. I wish we kept Darko - another Big man that could have helped us. 3. I wish we kept Mike James - he was part of the 2004 "Bull Dogs" - It was him and Lindsey that went out there and suffocated teams with defense. He also was a really good back up point gaurd - look what he's doing on his team and thats proof enough.I hate how guys we get rid of, go off and play amazing ball. That always happens to Detroit for some reason.
1. DRAFTING LEBROOOON JAMES :dribble:2. Signing my fav player to my fav team "Larry Hughes" 3. Re Signing Z4. Drafting Boobie!Ah, more but I don't feel like typing it all up.A LOT of things I am up-set with....
Happy-Drafting Tayshaun late in the 1st round.Signing Dyess Signing Hunter backTrading nothing for Rasheed.Mad-Drafting Darko, then not playing him. I felt alright with the pick, but to waste him, and possibly ruin his career is crazy.Signing Flip Murray

Eh.. I'm happy with whatever the Nets have done so far. Yeah, we're not a "Finals" team any more but at least we're able to compete still with the trade for Vince Carter. The only thing that's making me mad with the Nets currently is the fact that the team isn't winning as many games as it should.
Glad:
[*]Getting Rudy Gay, Kyle Lowry, Alexander Johnson and Stromile Swift all on draft day[*]signing Damon Stoudamire[*]Trading Jason Williams and James Posey for Eddie Jones[*]Trading Shareef for the 3rd pick in 2001 Draft(Pau Gasol), Lorenzen Wright and Brevin Knight[*]Not resigning Bobby Jackson[*]The hire and fire of Fratello[*]The hiring of Hubie Brown[*]The signing of Chucky Atkins[*]The drafting of Hakim Warrick[*]and theres tons more...tune in next time for pt.2
Mad:
[*]Trading our 2003 1st rnd pick(2nd pick overall...we didnt know that when we traded it, we would have Melo right now) for Otis Thorpe[*]The resigning of Jake Tsakalidas[*]Trading away Marcus Banks
Happy with:- Raping the Lakers in getting Caron for Kwame. (LA fans obviously won't say that that trade was pure rape)- Getting Gilbert Arenas and Caron Butler together. - Signing Caron to an extension for 6 more years. - Aqquiring DeShawn Stevenson over the summer for his bargain contract. - Drafting Andray Blatche. - Recieving Antawn Jamison for Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Laettner, and the #5 pick. (I don't like not getting Devin Harris, but I was so happy that we got rid of Stack for a quality guy like Tawn)Disappointed with:- Signing AD to that 5 yr, 30 mill contract. - Trading Rip Hamilton for Jerry Stackhouse.- Giving up Chris Webber, Rasheed Wallace, and Ben Wallace. :no3:- Signing Juwan Howard to that ridiculous contract. (Can't remember the details of it)- MJ screwing up Kwame's life even more. - Getting a one-dimensional shooting guard in Mitch Richmond for Chris Webber (back in the day), while Richmond played with us for just 2 years. And Webber found great success with Sacramento.

Like-Never fullfilled rumors of KG trades..Getting Sam Cassell. Would of liked it even more if he wasn't so injury-proneDrafting Randy Foye. He will be great, once he gets some f*cking playing timeGetting rid of SpreewellDislike-Getting SpreewellFiring Flip SaundersThat's all I got right now

The offense just slows to a stop when he runs point, and sulks when he doesn't get minutes. I'd trade him for a bag of chips right now.

Hah. You'll be lucky to find more than 2 people at Pistons.com forums who like Flip. Every other day a "Trade Fip Murray" or "Flip Sucks" post. Someone even made a website about him. It doesn't work anymore, but it was www.tradeflipmurray.com.
Lmfao, I love it.I mean, it sucks for you guys but I never liked Flip and I think his 15 min of fame is up!
