Simple - the gutless skumbag politicians are simply afraid of alienating the minority/African Americans instead of just PLAINLY AND clearly laying out the tax codes (in an understandable and plain to understand way) which apply to all of us......including African Americans and other "regular Joes" who would say YES and sleep well. appreciate the integrity of the IRS.......don't kid yourselves.........people are watching.......the regular people are aware of the TAX situation and how it effects THEM. NOBODY likes "special treatment" to those with a few extra bucks and HAVE POLITICAL "pull".....especially streetwise African Americans. Overall bad for morale and leaves a bad taste in too many mouths. It eventually does harm and brings more into the fold of some populist Prez Nominee →Trump ....... ....and chances are, it won't be from liberal-leftwingers which in essence is what the Dem Party has evolved into. Not business as usual under Trump.......... Cruz? Not many (2?) Senators have endorsed him for Prez. DO THE MATH.
