Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young could be on their way out of Brooklyn.

According to Frank Isola of the New York Daily News, the Nets are willing to deal both stars and Young could be moved in a trade to the Toronto Raptors.

Isola reports a deal to send Young to the Raptors could send forward Patrick Patterson and point guard Delon Wright to Brooklyn. The Raptors also own the New York Knicks' first-round pick and could send it or their own top selection in a deal.

Young, 27, has averaged 15.1 points and 9.1 rebounds per game in 54 appearances this season. The power forward is signed through the 2018-19 season.

Patterson, Wright, and a 1st? Pretty expensive for Young who I think is an average player. Hope not.
