Because we would be paid a 1st-round pick to take his contract. Then Cleveland can afford a trade for Channing Frye...who loves Portland but couldn't get any minutes because Aldridge was here. Is history just a grand circle? https://sports.yahoo.com/news/nba-t...oser-toward-channing-frye-deal-023959300.html
Is this coming from the sources that flip flop every minute on Twitter? Only way I see this happening is with #1s from Boston and Love going to the Celtics.
Old news? This was floated by someone assuming we would be involved since we have so much space available. Is there anything new to report? If so put the tweet here
It would have to be a great pick ...Andy V is owed 19 mil over a couple years I think. That's a price to pay for a pick.
If it's the Cavs pick no thanks. High second rounders seem to have more value than picks 25-30. And Andy would cut into cap space next year
Cleveland owns all of its 1st-round picks beginning in 2017. http://prosportstransactions.com/basketball/DraftTrades/Future/Cavaliers.htm
There is a massive thread where this very thing is being discussed. Nothing new here. Can you guys start merging threads? The repetitive threads are getting annoying
I'm just waiting for actual news, none of the "Talks with". Basically just waiting for Woj tweets saying that there's a trade.
