    Graded a C+.
We sent out a 2nd rounder that negates the 2nd round pick we gained.

We saved the Cavs tens of millions in luxury tax- we shouldn't have had to give up a second rounder.

Otherwise nice moves from NO - nothing to drastic to upset the 'even keel' we currently have on this team.

We got older by acquiring Roberts. Therefore, I am giving the entire thing at F-.

I gave it an F. I think Neil made BS moves that show no class or vision. Add another draft pick for some cap-rules manuvering, that's fine and all, but we still need actual basketball players to win games. I wanted to keep Varejao, I wanted us to keep Frazier or if let him go then for something better than Brian Roberts who actualy played most of his career in Israel and is a nice player but not a ball-distributing offense-running PG like Frazier could be for us or if we brought MCW or Rubio.
So, yeah, we got some draft picks in the future, who fuckin' cares, you build this team for the 2018 draft? I don't look that far. If we kept Varejao we'd have a better chance of winning this year, we could actualy get stronger this season, Brian Roberts Is a good player, don't get me wrong, I just don't think he's the player we need

I gave Neil an A+, but now I see the light - he deserves an F.
I think Neil made BS moves that show no class or vision. Add another draft pick for some cap-rules manuvering, that's fine and all, but we still need actual basketball players to win games. I wanted to keep LMA, Rolo, Matthews, and more but he let them go then for nothing better than some young noobs who celebrate .500. Their "leader" is some sucky guy who couldn't get drafted after 2 years of college - he went 4. But, you couldn't really call it college, it was some tiny school called Webbber State or something. I can't believe Neil wasted a lotto pick on this guy. Maybe I should change the grade to F-, because that idiot Olshey doubled down the next year and used another lottery pick on another small school senior guy. Don't get me started on giving away Will Barton. How many big time free agents has he brought in? Zip, zero, nada. Send that guy and his hair gel back to SoCal.

That wasn't a pick we owned; it was already given to the Cavs to acquire Allen Crabbe. The Cavs sent it to Orlando.

So you wanted to mess with the rotation 2/3 of the way through the season? Brought in Rubio's overpaid contract? Glad Neil disagreed.
