I'm still not convinced they will actually make the Playoffs. If they play better than expected the rest of the way? Lets say .500 ball with 27 games left. How about we just say 26 because i just don't see them getting a win tonight. so sitting at 27-28 and winning 13 more puts them at 40-42. Way better than most expected but still not worthy of the playoffs? Many will say the west is worse this year but part of that equation is because the Blazers are one of the teams that are worse off. When you look at it. Utah and Houston seem to have a better schedule and a better chance at moving on. Memphis made some moves to try to shore up the loss of Gasol. One thing for sure. The Blazers have made this season interesting and they are keeping me watching. All in all i am proud to be a Blazer fan.
Wow - I see it completely differently. I think that there is VERY LITTLE top talent in the league, compared to the 80s/90s. Right now you'd be lucky to name 5 true superstars - LBJ, Curry, Durant (?)...uhhhhhh. Back in the 80s/90s you had: Jordan Pippen Magic Kareem Bird McHale Barkley Hakeem Clyde Ewing Robinson Zeke Malone Stockton And then on top of those names you had guys like: Payton Kemp Rodman Mourning KJ 'Nique Hardaway (x2) Today's "superstars" SUCK. Durant is nothing more than Tracy McGrady (who was damn good, but not good enough)...I'd actually take McGrady over Durant.
Funny when you listen to the quotes Klay came up with after the game. gave absolutely no respect to the Blazers or Lillard.
