Scalabrine! No joke. I mean look at the game he had last night. He really can play basketball a little bit. I mean if he could consistently hit open jumpers he would be so much more useful. I loved him in college, haha.

Smush parker is underachieving. When he first came to play for the lakers, his defense was very good. Now he is our worst perimeter defender.

On the Wizards I'm going to go with Jarvis Hayes. There was alot of hype on him when he came to DC, first he got injured. Then he got injured again. And again....now this year he finally doesn't have an injury and all he's good for are pretty misses. I think his FG% is like 30 and he takes alot of shots. We need to get rid of this guy, he's young but he should realize that he's a role player and not take so many shots until he can find a groove and live up to the hype.

The Mavs are playing great basketball but DeSegana Diop, Austin Croshere, and Anthony Johnson are underachieving. I know that Johnson and Croshere haven't gotten the playing time that they got in Indiana but they're not playing well in the minutes they get.

Another fabulous game for Flip. Filling in for Billups at point guard-1-9 shooting, 2 points, 3 rebounds, 3 TO, 4 PF, and 3 assists. In 30 minutes.*Sigh*Who wants Flip?

Well the Cavs don;t have any "flaws" but if I had to pick anyone it would be David Wesley. This guy was suppose to be a major part of our bench and step in and do good off the bench and give players rest. He does not even play anymore and when he did play he was crap. I hope the Cavs just drop him or trade him or something to get him out. He does absolutly nothing and he is suppose to do something.

I'll throw in my house if I could trade Flip. And my dog. And my computer. And everything else I have.

We got Ira making like 2 million and he does nothing. Trade or drop him.

I'm actually very happy this year with Flip (Saunders) playing our bench. Everyone plays.McDyessFlipDelfinoMaxiellDupreeBlalockDavisThey all play every night probably 90% of the time, and all contribute. A much improvement over the last few years where we would only go 8 deep and play our starters 40 minutes a game. This year, our starters won't be worn out by the playoffs.

I believe that Beno Udrih has been underplaying greatly. This season was the first real season that he was our true backup PG where he could get pretty good playing time, and I dont feel he is doing jack sh*t with it. He isn't giving his maximum effort at all, he is playing very marginal defense, and he takes alot of stupid shots. If anybody watched the Spurs Mavs game the other day, you will have seen his 3 pointer with 6 seconds left in the first half of that game. Terrible shot selection......This was a guy that was selected in front of Josh Howard in the draft, and he is performing about 1/10 as good as Howard is. Kinda disgusting for me to watch....

I think that besides Sweetney and Griffin that they are.Problem is Sweetneys out of shape, and Griffins more of a match up guy, but he played much better the first go he had with Chicago.

He's not a constant under-achiever, but I do think that he could definitely contribute more than he has the first 30 games of the season. Maybe it was a good idea for the Magic to wait on that contract extension.Who else is under-achieving on your team?</div>Yeah, and Pat Garrity? He gets so many wide open 3's and misses all the time.

Stromile Swift, definitely for a guy who was the number two pick in the draft, but it wasn't a bad pick because that draft sucked either way.Rudy Gay can do better I think honestly, he can be REALLY inconsistent on the offensive end

I'm pretty happy with the Denver Nuggets potential. Everybody seems to be doing their job except... DerMarr Johnson. Johnson has so much talent and athleticism that he could be a 15-20 point scorer in this league. He doesn't play much defense at all despite being long and quick. He's not a very smart player, I have seen him take too many stupid shots. Most of the time he will have a smaller player (maybe 5-6 inches shorter than him) guarding him and instead of backing him down for an easy two points, he trys to shoot an unbalanced jump shot over them. He has been given the chance to shine with Carmelo and Jr Smith suspended. He was given a decent amount of playing time to prove himself and he hasn't produced.
