Everybody seems to be doing their job except... DerMarr Johnson. Johnson has so much talent and athleticism that he could be a 15-20 point scorer in this league. He doesn't play much defense at all despite being long and quick. He's not a very smart player, I have seen him take too many stupid shots. Most of the time he will have a smaller player (maybe 5-6 inches shorter than him) guarding him and instead of backing him down for an easy two points, he trys to shoot an unbalanced jump shot over them. He has been given the chance to shine with Carmelo and Jr Smith suspended. He was given a decent amount of playing time to prove himself and he hasn't produced.
Yeah I see where you're coming from with that. but think about it, it's great that he still has that potential after that horrible accident he was in a few years back.

He seems fine and still has his mobility right now regardless of what happened, I can't use that excuse for him.
JKidd & VC are playing fabulously. I can't say the same for Richard Jefferson. It seems as though every season, his PPG average has been dropping. Currently, RJ is playing very inconsistantly.

He was good last year and is supposedly automatic in practices. He's a very good player if he can just get that shot going for him.Just him I think...I expected a little better out of Marcus Banks too.
JR got his leather ball back and has been shooting well and gaining back playing time the last few games. :happy0144: :happy0144: :happy0144:
Marcus Banks fo real. I don't totally blame it on him though. He's not used to our type of system. He thinks, I believe, that he has to be like Nash and pass and do fancy stuff, but that's not really the type of player he is.

Remember Mike D'Antoni runs an eight-man rotation which is crazy considering the style that PHO plays with (you'd think somebody would get a little winded once in a while). If it wasn't for that, I'd put Jalen Rose in this category too.
Nene Nene Nene Nene... I can't believe I was excited when Nugs signed him to $60 mil extension in the summer. He's done nothing but show he's a fat-ass trying to post up. Work out, dammit!
Nene just needs a wake up call... or maybe an injury to remind him that the money won't last forever (I'm not wishing that on him, for the record).Does anybody know what's going on with Josh Childress & Jamaal Tinsley? I thought Childress could be a border-line All-Star by now, and Tinsley has just dropped off the map for the past season and a half. What with them?
I listed this guy earlier, and I am going to list him again. Beno Udrih is playing much worse than he should be. Now that Tony Parker is out, and Beno is getting the start and alot of playing time, you would think that he would step up, get some confidence, and start to play better. Think again! Now, he doesn't make a whole lot of mistakes, but he isn't doing anything to stand out or make himself different than any other backup PG. His shot selection is iffy, and he doesn't attack the rim at all. It is very frustrating.
Shaq and Walker have definitely played sub par the games that they have played, hopefully both will come back and prove themselves but right now its just not looking good, both are having terrible seasons especially on the offensive end and Shaq looked like he was done those first few games he played. Shaq is expected to come back some time this month I believe so hopefully he'll come back at least as good as he was last year.
