We all know what he should do. We all know Tony should be seeing the majority of the minutes over Wally, especially the way both of them have been playing. Tony has been playing like a star player, and Wally has been playing like Scalabrine. My question is, what do you think Doc will do? Because I have not the slightest clue.

That wasn't a dumb question. But nobody is quite sure on his return date yet. Doc said that it is possible that he could play on the 19th, but he also said that would be the earliest he thinks he'd be back. I think he'll be back in late January.

And to answer the question in the topic: Doc would have to be a complete idiot to not play Tony Allen 30 mpg. Also guys, this also could mean that Gerald is basically going to be left in the gutter once again, so I'm just warning you now. But with the way Tony Allen has been playing (consistently for an entire month), there is no reason why TA shouldn't continue to play the bulk of the minutes at the 2.

I think that most of us know what Doc will do, and I know that most of us will disagree with it. I think that Wally will obviously start, but I want TA to still at least play 20 minutes. And if TA does get 20 minutes, Gerald isn't going to get sh*t for playing time. I say the C's trade Wally for a decent big man and a first round pick and get this guy out of the celtics roster. Hell, I would almost settle for just a first rounder for Wally.

I'm not sure what he should do, but I know what he's probably going to do; go small. and yeah, we'll lose.[IMG]

I'm sorry, but no team is going to give up a decent big man for Wally, and no team will give up a first round pick (with expiring deals, of course) for Wally. Wally is not playing well and his contract is horrid. No team would do that. The only way Wally does is if he is included in a package for a big deal.

Yeah, I forgot about his contract being so horrible.....But I'm sure a team in need of a shooter would trade a later first round pick for Wally. When Paul was playing, he was shooting a good percentage and getting around 20 points a night. I think that since he thinks he is a #1 option, he is changing his role and that is why he is playing so bad.
