Supposedly Nate Robinson wants to try out for the NFL. That would be extremely stupid. He's 31, he already has the money, and the risk for injury would be much higher at this point. Very, very stupid.
Has Karl ever gotten into it with other players? I wonder what Cousins was so pissed off about. Looks like all his team mates were trying to calm him down but he kept yelling at coach.
Injury Updates: Jahil Okafor- may be shut down for the season with a "sore right knee" OJ Mayo- Tripped down the stairs and broke his ankle. Done for the year. Mario Chalmers- Tore his Achilles tendon. Waived by the Grizzlies.
Dallas in trouble. Their remaining schedule is brutal, and they haven't beaten a good time in a while: http://weareutahjazz.com/lockedonja...liance-mavs-struggles-exum-and-jazz-must-win/
Quite frankly I can't believe they have the record they do now. If anything that's a success as it is and the testament of Carlise coaching skills. He's one of the best in the game.
Nah, they have the record that they have because it's a bunch of veterans and they've maxed their potential.
I'm glad we didn't trade for him because he sucks defensively, can't shoot outside, and no interior post players lead a team to wins in the modern NBA. But yeah also glad we don't have an injured headcase who assaults hecklers at bars.
1) An inside-outside combo with Lillard would be a different matter, however. Good on the court, and... 2) Good off the court. He would have been a perfect drinking partner / bodyguard for Lillard!
A high usage inside post presence would hurt Lillard's game. He would have to stop attacking, setup the offense and get players into positions. He wouldn't have as many opportunities on pick and roll plays. Hasn't that been proven with the removal of LaMarcus?
