I already told you, immigrants do not steal jobs, they just work for less.

Any amount, even $.01 creates demand. Demand creates jobs to fill that demand.

If we made them legit, it wouldn't be possible to under pay them. What a concept!

Then they'd create even more demand and pay more taxes. Maybe enough taxes to pay the unemployment of the white people who refuse to take jobs the mexicans will.

    How ironic, no?

This good, you are waffling but progress.

A bunch a Black people moved to Portland to build ships, many more to Detroit to biuld tanks. Sometimes people need to move to work but they need the job first. They ain't coming if fill the positions with imports first.

But I know you know this. Just like you know I don't give a shit what you are. It shows in half your post. Weird that, your logical again over in the Hillary Aids thread.

Denny why do you keep acting like white people take the wealth with them.

Asians make more than white people today and are kicking white people's asses.

You have a problem with Asians doing well? I don't.

    White flight is well documented.

    http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2015/07/white-flight-alive-and-well/399980/

Nearly 50 years ago, after a string of race-related riots in cities across America, President Lyndon B. Johnson commissioned a panel of civic leaders to investigate the underlying causes of racial tension in the country.

The result was the Kerner Report, a document that castigated white society for fleeing to suburbs, where they excluded blacks from employment, housing, and educational opportunities. The report’s famous conclusion: “Our nation is moving toward two societies, one black, one white—separate and unequal.”

Much of America would like to believe the nation has changed since then. The election of a black President was said to usher in a “post-racial era.” Cheerios commercials now feature interracial couples. As both suburbs and cities grew more diverse, more than one academic study trumpeted the end of segregation in American neighborhoods.

But now, a new report calls into question that much-vaunted progress. In a study published Thursday in the August issue of American Sociological Review, a trio of academics looks into the data and finds that segregation is actually becoming more pronounced in many American neighborhoods. The practices derided by the Kerner Commission, including white flight, exclusionary zoning, and outright prejudice, are continuing to create black areas and white areas, but this time around, those areas exist in both the cities and the suburbs.

    Oh really?

The "bulk of the wealth," not "all of the wealth."

    What next?

The post of a man who Jerks off when he thinks he one upped someone.

I just took an equality and equity class that listed stats out showing home ownership and wealth. Asians were very close to white people in that respect. Like percentage points away.

Hispanics and blacks were not. That's an issue, not denying that.

I didn't try to one up anyone. You claimed that I was race baiting, something to do with Asians. I don't know where that came from, except from you.

I'm not sure Asians ever participated in white flight or were segregated with blacks and the whites that stayed while most fled to the suburbs. I never saw that kind of segregation in Chicago. There were numerous ethnic neighborhoods... Japantown, Chinatown, Greektown, etc. The South side was rich, white, until a mass migration of ill treated blacks from the Southern states. Then the whites moved en masse, leaving the South Side predominantly black.

    It is what it is.

The banks practiced redlining to deny black families the ability to buy and cash out refi their homes. The practice was used against Hispanics, too.

    http://www.consumerfinance.gov/news...dit-access-in-communities-illegally-redlined/

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...lack-borrowers-just-as-they-did-50-years-ago/

Black and Hispanic owned banks would go a long way toward remedying this. Got to get past the regulatory hurdles.

And yet Denny and I disagree on many things.

I would say we, like many others on here, look at issues from multiple sides and will reach a conclusion independent of political affiliation.

Denny thinks regurgitating some old history spiced with apparent pejoratives like "white flight" will deflect from the main issue of how Americans, predominately black Americans, are getting screwed by an uncontrolled invasion of cheap labor. The Democrats covet this invasion of new voters. They already have the black voter in the bag, so they are pandering big time to the new population to make them Democrats. Raise the minimum wage to cover the effect, it is mostly Republicans that have to scramble to cover the cost. Shout about racism to obscure the issues, the blacks will never figure out they have been screwed.

Think about it, Hillary has already promised Jorge Ramos, she will run the system just like Denny advocates, open the gate for those poor needy Hispanics to the south. Mean while the jobs leave weekly to where the taxes are less, the wages even lower. Yes Sir! This is America, the Democrat way, Hillary's way.

I am not speaking of political affiliation. I am speaking of data selection process used in decision making.
Almost all people use, pure logical deduction, or based upon how the decision will affect people as in how people will feel about the choice.
They rarely change. The political affiliation reflect the process, not the other way around.

But I have notice, or I sense you sometime vary toward provoking a response in others. Not necessarily forth right in revealing your position.
