Yeah I was watching that game last night on the MLB network. I can't believe the Giants even allowed him to stay in the game.
Damned, before we know it, MLB will be putting full time cages in front of the Pitcher's mound, like they do in Batting Practice, and they'll call it the Cueto rule, or the Chapman rule.... Head trauma is too often downplayed, and often more serious than given credit too/for. I've spoken with more neuro-surgeons in my life, over Kim's own epilepticus, and our Son's also, now for 30 years. My Son's first ever Neurosurgeon/Neurologists words to me, were "I've had a lot of brain trauma patients, and its the damndest thing in medicine to me, ie, I have some patients who fly head first out their car windows, and land on the street 100 feet away, splitting and cracking open their head like a nut shell, and they go on to never have any problems, then I get a patient who barely tapped their heads in what seemed like a minor fall, yet they suffer all their lives"....
God help us all- including those who may think they're the only ones who have a family, kids, grandkids and have experienced family tragedy and may/maynot have had a nice structured,"protected" well provided environment. Some shmuks' toughest decisions in life without mommy or daddy paving the way was which color socks to wear on a given day....lmao
