Disgraceful. Last season some were saying that Thibs had "lost the team." The Bulls were the #3 seed and almost knocked off Lebron. This is what "lost the team" looks like. Just for future reference. No defense. Nonsense ball on offense. It was always an outstanding question what GarPax was without Thibs. Now we're getting some answers to that one. These guys took a #3 seed in the East and have to this point turned it into a lotto team. Awful.
Agree. Recently, this team has played like it wants to get the coach fired...and the guy who hired the coach too. The Bulls haven't had a season that qualified as a big disappointment since 2007-08. That season led to the exit of the head coach and most of the players. Big disappointments do that to owners...makes 'em a bit surly. Buckle up...this ride could get a little rough.
I watched IU play NC. They pushed the ball at all times, and took threes. That is Hoiberg ball. I didnt see that last night with the Bulls. No emotion, no urgency. Walked the ball up the court giving them a chance to set up their defense. They had three rotation players out and played the night before. They blew us out.
