    Stood behind Tonya in line at a car repair shop about 20 years ago. Back in the day she had a world class derrière (an 11 outta 10) but had a voice that was worse than fingernails on a blackboard. She also acted like she deserved special treatment. Scenery aside, it was not a pleasant wait. I can only imagine what she could have achieved if all that talent hadn't been hampered by ten cent brain....

    I think pretty much everything is out there. In retrospect, I think the best thing about Tonya Harding was by the comedian Brett Butler..... "if your name's Tonya your probably not supposed to amount to much."

    She was the first US women skater to land a triple axel in competition. She was poor and from Oregon and made her own costumes. Someone bashed her main competition, Nancy Kerrigan, in the 1994 Olympics in the knee. Allegedly, her boyfriend arranged it. It was a HUGE story back then. Everyone tuned into that Olympics and neither Tonya or Nancy won. You should read up about it.
