This is the scoreboard from the day Don Larson threw his perfect game against the Dodgers. Look at the Yankees lineup. Going only by the # can you name the players? For some reason the photo is not coming up but this was the lineup............. #9 - RF #15 - 1B #7 - CF #8 - C #17 - LF #1 - 2B #12 - SS #6 - 3B
Without checking I got #9 Bauer, #7 (Mantle), #8 (Berra), & #1 (Martin). I'm guessing #15 was Scowron. I'm stumped on the others.
#9 - RF - Bauer #15 - 1B - Collins #7 - CF - Mick #8 - C - Berra #17 - LF - Slaughter #1 - 2B - Martin #12 - SS - McDougald #6 - 3B - Carey I don't know if you call this cheating, but I've got this card on one of my several memorabilia shelves, right in front of my face, just above my PC Screen.
along with these two smack in front of my face .... I've been looking for a decent priced card of this one below: and dream on, I wish I had one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1956-world-...b081de0&pid=100005&rk=3&rkt=6&sd=141935606944
