I'm a bit under the weather today, and am doing a real abbreviated version of the game thread.Im going to go straight to the key matchups:Anthony vs. Carter and Ford vs. KiddForget about Jefferson, I am positive that if we keep Jason Kidd under a triple Double and Vince Carter under 20 pts, we will easily win this game. However such is easier said than done. I would like to see Ford force Kidd off the perimeter and the 3 point line, and Anthony help double up on Carter tonight. The Raptors are looking to gain some serious ground in the Atlantic Division so this is a key win.Enjoy the Game!
Just a horrible horrible horrible game. Kidd, Jefferson, and Carter stepped up. While Ford had less than an abismal game, scoring no points, 1 measly assist, and 2 rebounds. Im not happy at all, this was a very important divisional battle and we needed this win. We won against the wizards, how come we couldn't win against the sub performing nets?
That was ugly. TJ Ford and Chris Bosh both had their worst games of the season BY FAR! In the 3rd quarter, both combined for a whopping 4 points. I don't know overall because I stopped watching when we were down by 15+ However, Andrea, Jose, and Jorge had good games. Mo did okay with his jumper in the lane, and Anthony Parker, Rasho, and Fred were also pin drop quiet. Andrea was absolutely on fire from three yesterday. I know he finished with more than 5 three's, and he had like 20 points when I stopped watching. Jose was doing a great job setting up Jorge, and Andrea, and he was taking it to the rack with ease. His jumper was decent too.Vince Carter was lightsout in the first half. Driving on us easil, sinking his jumpers. He was on pace to get 50 after the first half. RJ did well too. He drove well, and his jumpshot was decent. Eddie House impressed me with his jumper too..Marcus Williams also did a good job of driving, and dishing. He's got good speed. If he can get a good outside shot, he'll be a top 5 or 7 PG in the League at some point imo...
