Twinsies! I joined this group at the same approximate time, during the Spring/Summer of 2005. We had the 3rd pick, which at that time was the highest draft position the Blazers occupied since I had become a Blazer fan. I was so hyped and wanted to read rumors or insight about who we were gonna take in the draft, so I googled "blazers forum" or something like that and found BBF. I also found the Oregonlive forum, but good god, that format was a mess and that place was filled with quite a few trolls. BBF was an okay place, but I was a lurker back then. I literally didn't post at all for the first year; I was content just to read everyone's posts. Eventually, I did post a little, but by that time, changes were coming. During the great migration, I discovered that most everyone left BBF to come here to this forum, but I was too lazy to register and join here at first. But later, as the forum at BBF was becoming barren and there weren't many postings or posters anymore, it was clear the board was dying. So I finally came here and joined in October 2008. I didn't start making game threads until March 2011. I guess I was bored and thought it would be cool to have some graphics to whet our appetite about the upcoming game. I shouldn't have even started game threads, as I don't have education/experience in graphics or website. So I'm just an amateur, trying his best at something I have no skills in, waiting for someone with a proper background in game thread-making to take over.
I barely ever posted anything over there. I missed the moment when the exodus happened, but about a month later I googled some of the board names that I remembered and found S2.
Grew up with Zags, he recruited me. Read for a long time before but never posted. We just got the #1 pick in the draft lottery. Oct 2008
I used to post on ESPN but I also posted on TBLive where I recognized Slypokerdog and PDXKass. What was the story with PDXKass, I don't think I've heard that one...
Is Kass the poster who posed as an attractive female to get more website hits? Then someone found out the pics weren't her, oh and ABM made like 14 threads a day directed at her with "yoooohoooo" in the title.
Great post HCP, and yes, that's where I came over from too, right around the same time. As that site died out, it became a very sad place, and I had no idea where everyone went. Finally someone invited me over here, I forget who, damnit. But thanks whoever it was. And agreed, thanks Denny for the great community you created here.

Is ABm Albert from the old team site game threads? He was tight with Kass back then..they both disappeared about the same time
Came over in the mass migration. Was at the other place when it was BBB.net. I remember finding it on a google search and was amazed that it existed. Talkhard and yega1979. I was there when NateBishop snitched on Oden. Had a sim league over there where ak47 was a god and won MVP like 3 years in a row. We are getting fucking old yo.
