With the Wizards win over the Bull tonight (113-103), it marks the 18th straight game in which the Wizards have scored over 100 points. Obviously their offense is one of the best in the league. It shows the Wizards can win even if Gilbert Arenas doesn't score 30. Caron Butler AGAIN flirted with a triple double, putting up a team high 26 points, a team high 10 rebounds, and a team high 7 assists. If you try and tell me this man shouldn't make the allstar team, you're crazy. He puts numbers like these up EVERY night. He also through in 3 steals into the mix. The Big 3 scored a combined 64 points (Butler 26, Arenas 20, Jamison 18), proving they are still the best scoring trio in the league.
I'm in no position to say that, but maybe haha. Gilbert Arenas is a monster this year. We should of gotten Caron back, and Kwame from that deal as well... I miss him so.
Wizards offense fly's, and we finally are getting the bench production which we wanted to build on in the off season. As you said we have now proved we can win w/o gil scoring 30 a night, even though he usually does that anyways.
What's with all these Gil/Wizards threads in the General NBA section, recently? I like the recognition we're getting but any talk about the Wizards should be in the Wizards section.
This thread was here more to get the Wizards streak noticed. If I'm bragging about the Wizards, which I do a lot, I like to put it in general NBA, so other people see it than just the Wizards fans. It's no fun bragging to people that already know what youi're saying and agree
I love this great play, scoring, and such, but it scares me every game, I always get the feeling like "damn, someone is going to suffer a big-time injury" which I hope doesn't happen any-time soon. It's been a joy watching games this season, and hopefully we can keep up to this high octane play for the rest of the season. Hopefully we can ride on it in the playoffs to a couple of series wins and then some.
Well, so much for that 100 point streak. I dont know if they put up 100 agaisnt the Hornets the other night, but the Wizards just played a terrible game. They shot I think 29% from the field....How are you gonna win a game when you shoot that badly?

We're not retarded, we know they shot 29 percent, we don't need you to come and tell it to us.

I was sitting cussin my ass off, when I heard that wasn't flagrant 1.
