Because we had more at stake? We are fighting for play-off position - all GSW is playing for is the ego rush of a record that won't mean diddly once the play-offs start.

If you miss the three then you have to foul and then you're down two possessions likely.

Games like tonight prove why we need a lot of help this offseason from Neil. We have no low-post scoring options, so teams with good perimeter defenders can sell out to stop our guards. We don't have a true rim protector or bulky center, so we're prone to getting dominated on the offensive glass and the paint.

Didn't the Suns a few years ago have like 5 game winners hit on them or something. Was that the 48 win season?

The one thing I will say; our team made a huge defensive improvement form two years ago to last year. Stotts deserves a chance to work on defense next season.

With timeouts and shaky FT shooters on the other side, it's alright

Greg Monroe would have been nice. He's about as inept protecting the rim as Plumlee but at least he can score.

I'm not sure KAT is a good matchup for him though. Leonard seems to frustrate guys that play a more physical style and like to bang (Cousins, Marc Gasol, etc). Guys that are skilled and more fluid athletes often leave him looking confused as they get an easy layup and he fouls them to give them a 3 point play.

But does that make up for the difference in talent between the Warriors and the Blazers? Or maybe the Wolves are good.

KAT banged; not on the last play of course because nobody was guarding him.

But look at the big picture. We shouldn't even be in the playoffs and here we are arguing over a loss that could of costed us the 5th seed which I highly doubt it did. I think we still get it. Let's face it, this team isn't getting into the 2nd round. Most likely at least. Surprise. I'm more excited for the talent we could pick up in the offseason and adding a legit big to stop shit like what just happened to us. This could of been a dreadful rebuilding process. This is pretty fucking fast. So I'm happy about it. Yeah, it's a bad loss, but this team shouldn't even be where they are at

Its crunch time execution in general. On offense he's just bailed out by having one of the clutchest players in the league.

I see you're talking about the Blazers. Losses like this happen all the time and you all act like it is the end of the world, and it is not just our team that has these type of losses. The Blazers will most definitely compete and give it there all whoever we match up with. But we will be overmatched in all likelihood and lose in the first round but I'm ok with that. We already did what everyone, including myself, pegged as something that wouldn't be done this year by making the playoffs. Any and all experience we get from this is great. From there you hope to add some more nice pieces.

Valid points, but he would've been a better player to front KAT than Aminu and that's the bottom line because Stone Cold said so.

Yeah he probably would have been. Anyone at least 7 feet tall would have been.
