I had this question years ago. I can't remember if made the thread on the ESPN boards or here. I always thought it was one word, hence my screen name, but was then mind blown when I realized we spell it as two words. Don't know how I never realized.
We've actually done it both ways. It may have always been intended to be two words, but there is plenty of gear out there with no space between "trail" and "blazers".
That is good to know. When I realized it was two words, I thought I was crazy thinking it had been one word at some point.
I can't believe they sent them a picture of the 9 oz Dixie Cups. I'd have sent them a picture of the little tiny bathroom size ones.
If the Dixie Cups want to call themselves the Trailblazers, one word (presumably named after the car), I got no problem with that. They can do whatever they want. But the Portland Trail Blazers is two words. End of story.
