Dump, not sure why you always go from talking a prospect up to the sky when he's with the Rangers organization and calling everyone a moron because of how they underrate the NYR farm, to "eh, he's not that good anyways" when he's traded.

In his age 20 season Duclair is on pace for 23-24-47 on a mediocre team getting 14mins a game. Kreider wasn't even a pro until age 21 when he played for the pack and played to a lower point-per-game than Duclair this year. If Duke keeps up his pace he would equal Kreider's best year in the NHL (last season at age 23) when he got 1:30mins more per game and played on a 1st place team.

Earlier in the season i used to watch the 'Yotes games (before hockeystreams got shut down) and Duclair played well. Not a Selke candidate by any means but given his age i liked what i saw. Considering Yandle is someone that did not fit in their long-term plans and were going to lose to UFA in a couple years i'd say Arizona got a great young player in Duclair they can build a core around with Domi and their other young players.

I talked up Duclair's offense. That is legit. However, hockey is just not about offense. His defense is non existent. His effort has always been inconsistent in juniors. I raved about his offense after his 50 goal season. The following season he got benched again by his coach for being lazy. So much like Kreider, the work ethic is spotty.

Graves with two goals today. If those dumb bastards trade him, I'm officially through with this team for a long time.

So far Nieves is proving me wrong. 2 G 1 A last night. He now has 5 points in 3 AHL games.

Tambellini with 3 A last night. A solid first year in the AHL with 31 points. Rangers signed Kovacs teammate Malte Stromwall. Had a nice season offensively and he's a righty shot. The Pack will have a lot more young talent on there next year. This year the team had too many scrubs that weren't going anywhere. Gropp back to play his first game of the playoffs after being hurt and had 1 G and 1 A in a 2-1 win.

Time to clean house and fill our prospect pool back up. This run is officially over.

Should be very interesting if Halverson can make the jump to the NHL as a backup next year. Ideally, I would think he's in the AHL but to me, Lundqvist needs 35 games off now at this point of his career. Time to start the process of the next goalie in NY. As usual, they never score for Hank but he's definitely not the same.
