    ...^^^Rick, I'm pretty sure it will hold up from what I've read...the NFL may reduce it to 3 games or something just to give the NFLPA a moral victory.

    ...if he appeals again, he'll lose because the upper courts don't really want to get involved with something that is already outlined in the CBA.
