If this Team were led by- Led by Guggenheim Partners CEO -- and Chairman of the Bum's -- Mark Walter, all 4 of these guys would be sitting, then some....

Headley would still be playing in San Diego; Prado would still be a Yank....Tex would have a month to prove his worth, or he too would be paid to sit home and watch the games...

after watching Ichiro last night, I'd rather see the Wizard playing LF 'til he's 45 in Pinstripes, than the limp noodle inaccurate arm of Gardner...

 

As I said, even once the money is freed up you have to really wonder what Cashman will do with it.

 

...do what he does best I suppose...which is to depend on the Steins' checkbook.
