That's what Dame just said at the end of his news conference in reference to how competitive the game was going to be, going in. He's right but that's really humble of him to say.

Humble my ass. That was him taking a dig at the All-Star voters.

Good catch. I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise.

Wait. Stop whining. Give up. James Harden is the REAL all star. He just led his team to a 1-4 first round exit while posting a combined MINUS 82 plus-minus over the five game series. That's and average of -16.4 net points per game while he was on the floor.

Yeah, if the clippers are sad because they are "missing their two all stars", the Blazers didn't even have one to begin with!

This is how I took it. I understood it to be him saying that people can't discount our win because they are missing their all-stars, because technically we didn't have any on the floor last night either.

Clips aren't the only ones with injury problems. Meyers Legend has been injured the entire series. We could have really used him to spread the floor and body up Jordan in this series.

That's actually pretty true, he does good against the bruiser types.

This could have been a clean sweep if we had Meyers! :ghoti:

I hear you but he didn't say it like a dig. He was very cool about it.
