Gasol to NJ without NJ losing Kidd Carter or RJeff would turn the Nets into playoff contenders for the East.If I'm Pau Gasol, I demand a trade right now.

I know the Nets need a better PF, but Pau Gasol? No way! He's an injury-prone player. Skilled he may be, but the Nets do not want to suffer because they traded a great SG for an injury prone PF. Yes, I do realize that the Nets will do better with a PF, but definitely not with a Pau Gasol-type of PF, who may be talented and all, but, at the same time, can be out of the NBA for three months due to injury.</span></div>hes not injurt prone, and he is arguebly a very underrated player. Too bad its not going to happen...anyway if we were to do that trade we would ask for Nenad and maybe Marcus Williams.

Why would you trade a young guy who be the face for a franchise when you can just trade the guy who is getting older in Big Ben.

The Nets are a potential East contender with him.
