    RHP - Luis Severino (0-4, 6.31 ERA)

    VS.

    RHP - Steven Wright (2-3, 1.67 ERA)

We really need to see the 2015 version of Severino. C'mon kid, sweep the Sox.

    Lineups to follow......

Watched Quick Pitch this AM with Big Sloppi skinning and grinning before yesterdays game. Guess he was thinking his bunk buddy Price was going to get it done, nice try. I'm rooting for Sevey today as well, want that kid to succeed. Go Yankees kick some turkey herders butts.

I grew up at a time when there was no such thing as night games over the weekend. This sucks.

Agree...game schedules, especially on weekends should cater to kids being able to watch/attend. Fri night and Sat/Sun day games. Maybe an occasional Sat day/night twin bill too.

Me & a bunch of friends once played a night softball game using the headlights of our cars.

I agree. Knowing these 2 teams, the game runs through midnight!
...........and in front of a half empty stadium! That's how you promote baseball these days? You can keep it.

Just a note: First day the sun comes out in New York in 12 days and
they play an absurd night game on Mom's Day.

The Weather has been horrible in NY, glad the sun finally made an appearance. Now let's hope it will get warmer and The Yankees can keep their "Winning Streak" going.

Ron I just can't believe how Severino has been pitching this year. Totally the opposite of last season.

Shit, talk about a sophomore jinx. And damn are we going to have to listen to this crew giving hugs & kisses to the Red Sox all night long? Showing Ortiz's meltdown they said, "I don't think we've EVER seen David that angry before" Apparently they must have been sleeping when he destroyed the dugout phone with his bat.

...^^^Yeah, both he and Eovaldi have the stuff to be much better than they have shown thus far.

High fastball.....Pedroia feasts on high fastballs.
The little prick. And I wouldn't mind seeing him on the recieving end of serious chin music.

He always looks as comfortable in the batter's box as any other hitter vs the Yanks.
I hope it was just a case of Severino missing the target instead of not being aware or told by the "staff" that Pedroia is a notorius high fastball hitter.
