Still fuming about that Game 2, we could have been looking at possible 3-1 lead going into tonight's game as I believe Game 3 would have been won regardless. Much less pressure on Blazers in that scenario although I'd not expect players to be feeling a huge amount of pressure considering they'd never been expected to even feature in this round.

Really reckon a win is possible. Thompson and Green both had great performances in Game 3 and they still lost, if Blazers can play a similar game to the previous one they ought to be fine. It's not like Game 3 was one purely because Warriors played poorly or anything, it was a fair and square win over Warriors at their best in their current line up (small inputs from Barnes and Iguodala are not something I consider extra-ordinary these days, they've not been relied on to produce for 90% of season).

Should we be worried that 3 WWE refs just de-planed at PDX? :devilwink:

Gonna be 4:30 AM here when it starts and I need to get going to work at 8 AM so not planning on getting too much sleep. The last one was at 2:30 which is probably even worse but at least it was the weekend!

I can't afford to go tonight, but I feel very confident we'll win. This is going at least 6.

Wearing Blazer shirt (with another underneath so as not to offend anyone's modesty).

NO pressure on Blazers; even Warriors announcers said they are playing with "house money". Pressure is all on Warriors.

    Go Blazers.

I get the feeling the Warriors think they are unbeatable. They aren't.

I also get the feeling they think, first, they are going to win tonight, and second, even if they don't, once "Steph" gets back, they will just crush us in two straight.

Call me delusional, but these a-holes are ripe for an upset. And the Blazers are just the team to do it.

Tonight we tie it up 2-2.

This Warriors team has been so NBA ref coddled all season, they don't know what a level playing court feels like. If the refs call a straight game, the Warriors will be befuddled, bewildered, and beaten.

We can't expect Aminu to repeat his offense performance from game 3. Someone else has to step up. Both Crabbe and Henderson need to shoot 50%.

I also don't expect Dame to get 40, nor do I expect Green to hit eight 3"s.

My concern is Iguodala. He was 0-5 last game. That worries me as he has killed us in the past.

The Warriors have disrespected the Blazers after both times we've beaten them. You know in the backs of their minds they think they can't lose to us. And that if they lose tonight, no big deal, they'll just take care of business when they get home and when Curry gets back. The mental aspect of sports is so important, and when athletes are this close to the same level, it's the most important. The mental game is our advantage right now. Blazers need to brain fuck them.

I shouldn't be surprised because it's Green but I am...
Back in April he said they believe they really only had 7 losses on the year. He listed portland as one of those teams.
I guess he didn't really mean what he said.
