I would add that it's quite obvious to anyone with a brain that this lying witch didn't want any record of her emails or anyone in her circle. She wanted complete control of all communications that were made during her tenure as Secretary of State.

^^^...hmmm, the government can try to force Apple to unlock an iphone for them and then later swear that they figured out how to do it without Apple's help, but they somehow cannot recover all of Hillary's emails?

...keep in mind that the FBI answers to Obama.

I see a pattern here, It appears that any connection to Obama puts a shield around you. Hilary belongs in jail & yet she's safe, Sharpton belongs in jail & he's safe. And those are only two that we know of.

It's evident she wanted to avoid oversight. Regardless of what the FBI ever found nothing was ever going to or will happen to her. The FBI is under the thumb of the DOJ and Obama.

I can see Trump promising to appoint Christie as AG and given the first task to prosecute Clinton. That'll get him more than a few of the fence sitters.

Sounds like a familiar theme- during the Whitewater investigation there were voluminous files missing which Hillary actually said she kinda lost them or misplaced them which were eventually located.

You can expect more and more of these tactical coverup maneuvers to begin falling into place since there has recently been a turn in the investigation where the FBI doesn't have to establish "INTENT" in order to prove a "crime" was committed - negligence (or gross negligence) will due the trick for the FBI to serve a criminal referall.

My opinion - from my standpoint - the more deeper you follow this case, the more disappointed, annoyed or aggravated you'll become, unless you're a Hillary supporter or just don't care. And I think we all agree this administration DOES throw it's weight around → see IRS auditing Tea Party and other right of center orgs along with political opponents who didn't play ball with the administration such as Robert Menendez.

    It is very disappointing.

Sadly, the story of Clinton is to always follow a predictable script. Once it's finally officially Trump vs Clinton there will come a time where the polls might start to tighten up. And then you will see the big announcement that the FBI found nothing and Hillary will once again be made out to be a falsely persecuted hero.

Look up the facts of the Rose Law Firm investigation. That's the one which lead to the "suicide" of Vince Foster. A hard drive went missing then turned up damaged and nothing was able to be extracted from it. Then missing subpoenaed documents suddenly ended up being found in the White House book room. Just continued nonsense that always gets covered up and morons continue to support her. These days it's obvious the State Department has been involved in the elaborate email scandal coverup.

    Yeah, I know.
Re: Vince Foster - I believe a couple of seasoned retired NYC detectives took it upon themselves and examined the case and (of couse) looked over the scene where Foster's body was found and discovered one or two things which didn't jibe with the story.
Needless to say it wasn't and hasnt been further pursued by the authorities in charge.

Christie has been appointed to put together a transition team (if needed).
But Rudy Guliani will do just fine as the AG.
We should be so "lucky" to have an elected Pres who would tap Rudy as the AG.

Judicial Watch has now learned Brian Pagliano was a Clinton political operative that got a political appt to State. Placed into IT Dept (something never done), and he reported to Patrick Kennedy (her #2) not IT mgmt.

The premeditated intent to thwart FOIA is beyond doubt.

Unless- you're a Republican and the Democrats control at least one of the Houses.....they already "always" control the mainstream media and define the cultural narrative.
That's three out of "four" at the minimal.
The Republican shmucks can't even slow down Obama despite having control of both houses for a couple of years..(?)....it would be a joke if it wasn't unfortunate for the country.
