Kobe didnt even mean to hit him. It's what you call the first subtle move in a fight.Oh come on man, this is getting pathetic.

Kobe threw numerous elbows. We blew the Lakers out twice with Raja and Kobe had some bad shooting games but let the excuses continue. And yeah, Kobe didn't really mean to hit Childs. The one game suspension was fair with all the calls the Lakers got the entire series. Yeah Raja threw him down but that's not any worse than hitting someone with an elbow when they are running right at you.
BTW, on that "phantom elbow" did you see that nice pause after Kobe's elbow disapeared behind Raja's cheek before Raja fell? And on the 3rd replay it shows he hit him, then you see the elbow move down before it's visible and Raja is falling.

No, Rajas just going to stand there and get a full elbow in the face. That would be really smart, eh?
The calls the Lakers got? Jesus...let's not go into that again. Are the calls we got that supposed charge on Kobe when Kobe clearly jumped right before Nash got into position or are you talking about the jumpball in which Walton was inbounds when they called it and their hands were clearly on the ball. The contact was marginal which is a no call. What calls did the Lakers get? If anything Kobe was fouled on his way to the game tieing layup at the end of the 4th. Kobe was also fouled in game 1 where Tim Thomas hit his face while Kobe went to the hoop. Even Tim Thomas admitted that.

Like I said, if anything it grazed him barely. He then flopped.EDIT: It actually looks like his elbow hit Raja's shoulder...not his face.
I'm talking about Kwame Brown not getting a technical when he stood over Diaw like that. Walton clearly standing out of bounds, picture was in the newspaper and they replayed the play before the next game, all while Diaw was screaming for a timeout and so was Nash. Also, James Jones clearly being pulled back right when he was trying to get the ball at the end of regulation in that game. Kobe pushing Diaw into Smush resulting in a Diaw technical....that's just off the top of my head, I'm sure I could get more if I cared enough to see the series again.

On the reverse side that was posted on a Suns board you could see the indent on Raja's face and once again would you not move if you were getting a quick elbow like that?

Diaw got a technical for arguing. Walton got a flagrant and that was that.

I found it but it's really crappy since the guy got it off his DVR. It was actually a much easier search than I expected, lets see if I can get it better if I print screen.
Well you can see the indent and you see how Kobe's elbow goes down and that's where you see it in the youtube vids.Oh and btw, when you're dribbling, unless it's intentional, how does your elbow go that far back?

I guess it did hit his face. You changed my opinion on that, nice job. But that doesn't make it Kobe's faut or mean that Raja can clothlesline him....Raja clearly put his face right in front of Kobe elbow (watch it) Which is fine if you want to get fouls on Kobe...if anything that is smart. But now I don't understand why he was whining and complaining about it. If he's putting himself in that position then why would you call out Kobe and say it's his fault? Raja definetly needs a hug. But yeah nice gif...it took forever for it to load. haha

And it wasn't just that one elbow that made Raja do it.
