...I was never a huge fan of his but Torre giving Odor 8 games and Bautista only 1 is BS.

...I'm thinking more like 5 games for Odor at the most and 2 games minimum for Bautista.

Yeah I was pissed about that also Ron, Bautista slid hard to begin with. & yeah like you said, 5 games to 2 wouldn't have been more fair.

Just another example of this game going to the dogs. I still think Bautista got a deserved come uppance with the suspensions a bit more equal.

...Torre and his minions were the ones who forced the blocking of home plate by the catcher rule upon us and also just this year implemented the 2B sliding rule...not only was Bautista's slide illegal, it was obvious he had bad intentions when going after Odor...Odor was penalized more than Bautista only because he's evidently a better pugilist.
...this is the second time that Bautista recently has blatantly tried to break up a DP by breaking the rules set forth by MLB...both instances resulted in the Umps ruling that both Bautista and the batter were ruled out because of Bautista's interference. The first time he even tried to grab the 2Bman's leg as he went past the bag.

...fuck Torre...and fuck Bautista. While I don't condone Odor throwing a punch he is likely a hero to his team mates...and rightly so.

I'm sure he's a hero to many around the league that didn't care for Bautista.

Even Chipper Jones made a statement that Bautistia was not that well thought of.
