    I'm somewhat surprised that Stotts isn't offering Tibbetts the lead assistant job here now that Triano's out the door.

    In the presser, Neil was asked about assistant coaches and salary was brought up. Neil questioned why reporters assumed the Blazers unerder paid their assistants. Then said they may structure it different, but not under paid. Can someone say how they are structured?
