I dunno if this is the right section or not but I'm just curious why the atlantic division section is the most active section? the atlantic is the worst division the league has ever seen and it still has 2 or 3 times more replies than the divisions that have teams contending for titles. does that make any sense?
More people live out East and love their teams enough to talk about it. NY and NE area fans. TOR usually is one of the most active teams to discuss too.
They have a lot of fans and they have a lot to talk about. There's so much going on with Boston, Toronto, NY, and so on. With Dallas, for instance, there isn't a whole lot to say. Damp has been doing good as well as George. That's about all that's different from last year, and it's been said. So it's kinda hard to come up with threads unless you make up crap.
Cause Philly fans are the best :happy0144:And that is why I am boycotting the Sixers next season for trading AI. No AI no season tickets. And no season tickets until Billy King get's fired.Join me as I fight to get rid of the Sixers bad gm, and owner.hehe
Celtics fan..we make up more than double of the Atlantic's posts hahaand we LOVE our teammost of the C's fans are die hards
wish I could say blazer fans are die hards, but they're not. they come out in swarms when we start winning though. ive seen a lot of celtic, philly, and toronto fans on this forum
A lot of the title contenders have other forums where the members do most of their posting, I know for a fact there are really good boards dedicated to the Heat, magic, Cavs, Spurs, lakers, Mavericks, Jazz, and Pistons. If you're only knowledgable about one team you tend to stay on a team oriented board rather than wonder over to general boards.
Yeah lossing teams have alot to talk about. Like when your winning all the time what can you really say but hey are team is awesome . but when your lossing you talk about trades signings firings whos playing good ETC

We have some very active posters on BBW as fans of Atlantic division teams (BigMo, CB4, iversonfan, yanks, playa, nykfan, dogma a little, pinoy, myself, etc). Also, like Justice said, we have a lot of things to talk about. His team is full of veterans that are EXPECTED to win every night, but nobody ever knows exactly what they are going to get from an Atlantic Division team on any night. The division is also full of good young talent that is definitely fun to talk about. But again, the main reason is that some of our most active members are fans of these teams, and we all make topics and create discussion.
Yeah, we have way too many Celtics fans...fortunately they are all pretty smart. (Can't say the same for Lakers fans, sorry).
