I was having a fling with an Asian girl a few years back, and she was incredibly racist. still fucked her but it was what made me break it off with her. Made me uncomfortable as fuck and angry (considering my daughter is mixed black/white). I know my case is anecdotal though.

I met my wife on online dating. It was weird before meeting her though. Asian women were the only ones i could get dates with for awhile. They wanted to play way too many damn games though.

I have a thing for asian-indian chicks, but damn are they racist.

I will feast on all of your tears in this thread, mainly a certain very special poster w/a disdain for all things white. bwahahahaha nomnomnom.

The guy's father is a fucking idiot. He doesn't get it.

Interesting story, the full 100% truth will never come out. I thought I read somewhere that he couldn't even get it up because it was cold, hence the bit about 'humping' in her statement piece she put out. Either way the man is guilty of the crimes and should pay his dues.

The 100% truth did come out, blue. Read what the woman wrote. The rapist did not contest it factually, he just said she wanted it. And that he should be excused.

Look, we've all been young and stupid. There were many times in my young wild child days when I drank more than I should, never to unconsciousness but in and out. And was not raped. There were times when I went to parties with people whom I barely knew. And was not raped. I was not raped because there was no rapist there.

I ended up in the sack with people about whom I next day thought oi vey what the hell was I thinking to go off with that loser? Social embarrassment for sure. But I was not raped because there was no rapist there.

As this woman said so eloquently, alcohol did not rape her. Promiscuity may carry risks but promiscuity did not rape her. A rapist raped her. She was not raped because she had too much to drink, she was raped because there was a rapist there.

Hard to say "lucky" in such a case but she was "lucky" in that she also seemed to come from a privileged enough background that her charges were taken seriously, the passersby stopped the assault instead of saying "not my business" or joining in, she was not told she made the whole thing up, her family did not call her whore and throw her out, her boyfriend did not dump her, her employer did not fire her, she did not get pregnant and have male legislators tell her it is a gift from god and try to force her to carry to term, she did not have an entire student body calling her slut and whore and sending death threats because she "ruined" the rapists life. Other women have experienced all that. So, of course, have men who have been assaulted.

Sadly, rape remains the only crime where it is not only necessary to prove the defendant committed the crime, as in all US jurisprudence, but that the victim did not want or deserve it. Your car is stolen, your house broken into, you are murdered, no one is going to try to claim you really wanted it.

I'm not contesting that racism exists. It exists in every culture and with every race. It's not exclusive to white people. I'm calling you out for being a hypocrite. You constantly complain about racism and then you come right out and admit that you don't like white male Christians. If you don't see the hypocrisy in that.....

And what you don't seem to understand about this story is that it's not about the color white. It's about the color green. If you have money, you get off. OJ Simpson? Kobe Bryant? Rich people, regardless of color, get away with shit.

Stop hating the white man and start hating the green man.

Just imagine, if you find a woman passed out on a roadway, what kind of person do you have to be for your first thoughts to be to pull her pants down and rape her?

Our prisons are over-crowded though, with the war on drugs being a big culprit. The average time served for non-negligent murder is only 12 years. The average for rape is 8 years.

But he will have to be a registered sex offender his whole life.

Whoa, I never said she wasn't the victim. I hope you're not implying that I said that. Maybe you were just replying to one thing I said, and then went on about this here other stuff.

I am just saying that there will never be the 100% full truth coming out, because why? Because that woman has no memory of what happened, due to her intoxication. She could have very well indeed have said yes or was going along with whatever the boy wanted because she was so drunk. When people get that drunk they do things they normally wouldn't do.

Don't get me wrong I'm no way defending the guy, I am just saying that there is a possibility that scenario could have occurred is all.

She very well could have been drugged too, I am not sure if they tested her for roofies?

In the situations described above, if you drank more than you should have and ended up in the sack with people about whom you next day thought "Oi vey what the hell was I thinking", couldn't the person with whom you ended up in the sack be classified as a rapist if you were too intoxicated to give legitimate consent?

    It 100% could.

See this quote from the DA in the OP's article. "District Attorney Jeff Rosen said in a statement. “No means no, drunk means no, passed out means no, and sex without consent means criminal assault.”

In the situation that Crand listed above, she was raped, according to the DA.

What about valuables left in plain view of an unlocked car? It is still 100% wrong for someone to take them, but the owner could have avoided the situation by taking precautions.

Or in the same vein, if I were to get blackout drunk, and someone stole my wallet.
