Current Job (Tasting room manager at winery)
Best - Sitting down with friends and employees, drinking a new wine and creating tasting notes.
Worst - Shitty customers

Future Job that I'm in school for (winemaker)
Expected best - Being proud of my creations
Expected Worst - Shitty customers

 

Best: pay, benefits and ladies dig the short brown shorts.

Worst: Dealing with the retarded general public, fighting through a bulked out truck stuffed front to back with AC units, trampolines, furniture and Casper beds.

I re read this and realized I didn't answer your question. To come by this power you have to do a few things:

• Join a referee association.

• Referee hundreds of games so you can develop confidence and credibility (referees who have neither simply won't know how to deal with that situation).

• Develop intestinal fortitude to make that call (there are referees who have done it for years who don't have it).

 

Well I hear you. But still not quite sure where the official authority comes from. What can you cite that the offending parent (or other) would know you have been authorized
this authority to ejected offenders?

 

Let me find the rule. It would fall under unsportsmanlike conduct I believe. The official authority would come from the rule book.
