I still can't believe Green got away Scott free with the tantrum followed by hitting and injuring the ref vs the Blazers; and the flagrant leg scissor take down against OKC in (I believe) the very next game after the kick to the balls.

Why? Green's shenanigans gave them the motivation to blow out GSW by 28 points in the game where Green kicked Adams and by 24 points in the next game, with Green playing. He gave that them the focus and shared purpose to go up on GSW 3 games to 1.

Yep, probably. But the punishment is listed as "at the commissioner's discretion". I actually hope if he does it, Silver has the balls to suspend him for a game, or two, at the start of next season. That will cost him a lot more than a slap-on-the-wrist fine.
