I actually like LA as a potential trade target. The #2 + 1 other good piece seems like a good starting point for getting a deal done. To be honest, I'm not overly familiar with Brandon Ingram so I'm not sure if he should be considered a true blue-chipper or not, but that seems like a good base. As I've said elsewhere, the trades with stars in their prime almost always look bad for the teams getting rid of the stars because 4 quarters never equals a dollar with elite talent. So adding up "nice" pieces like Marcus Smart doesn't quite add up even if they're nice players in their own right.
If we trade with minny we need Wiggens to come back to us. Otherwise, no way. I am glad to see at least three teams interested in Butler.
