I'm just sick of people not understanding the hatred for that town, and the lack of understanding why some of us will NEVER support the Seahawks.

come on man. How many new threads for this do we need? Everyone knows some of you are seriously pissed, but don't make it harder on the rest of us to keep up on the drama read...

Do you guys think we have a thread cap or something? We aren't charging you by the thread. We don't have data caps here. Feel free to post away. The only time we merge threads is if there were multiple threads breaking the news about Calabro.

Nothing wrong with being the over achieving little brother to the spoiled brat, condescending bigger brother whose sports teams drastically underachieve.

Sounds to me like people understand the hatred and the reason, but think it's immature. I don't think other inter-city rivalries' existence affect that perception.

Those aftershocks apparently will take a while to disperse. Thank goodness the draft and free agency will be here soon.

I never said there needs to be a cap. I guess im saying the immature hatred is flooding the threads making it annoying for some of us who have, are ready to move on.
Everyone knows how everyone feels here so why do certain people keep beating a dead horse. It wont change anything...

    Apparently...

Counldnt come soon enough. We had just turned the corner to positivism as a majority, based on our playoff performance. Now we are right back in the rutt of negative crap. I understand the initial shock and emotions, but I guess I think bigger of us in the long run. I guess I assume more of us are mature enough to get over it/ See the big picture/ not dwell on the past stuff.
Why am I wrong so often on here? LOL.

    Rename VooDoo Donuts, Emerald Donuts.

Cancel the Oregonian, subscribe to the Seattle Times.

Rename one of our local bridges after a Seattle area Native American tribe or popular name. I suggest Tilikum.

Pearl Jam, Pearl Jam, Pearl Jam.

Have you ever been to Gary Indiana? I have. One of the wildest war aftermath like memories I will ever have.

Seattle really enjoys the cute little thing we do with beer but they don't really understand the whole Rip City thing. A simple name change to the NW Brewsters and a motto change to Sip City! would make it a lot more enjoyable for them. Everyone likes to drink/sip beer.

Born in Alsea Oregon out in the woods with no doctor. Attended various grade schools in Portland. graduated from Madison. Id say im from the area, and Id say I consider Portland home considering I own tow homes within the city limits. Doesn't make me feel like I need to hate on Seattle. I love Seattle just as much for some ofthe same and for different reasons.

So I took a month road trip zig zagging across the states on my move to NY in the spring of 2001.
Hit Chicago and stayed a couple nights downtown. Then made our way around the lake to start heading down towards Indianapolis(one of the cleanest cities i've ever seen)
As you crosas the boarder you can see in the horizon a small downtown area, but all the buildings look brownish. As we got closer it was because over 50% of the buildings had all the windows boarded up. I'm talking 30 story buildings. 6 ft tall weeds growing around them. It was as if I had entered 12 monkeys or something...
It was the most out of this world experience Ive ever had... sober...
