Anyone here lift weights?

    So, do you guys lift weights? If so, what are your stats? Mine are:Height: 5'8''Weight: 160lbsBench: 200lbsSquat: Somewhere around 250Deadlift: 315lbsPullups: 18Pushups: 62Vertical Jump: 32 inchesI ask this because in the past year or so, specifically past 6-7 months, I have really gotten into weight lifting/getting into shape, and would like to see how I stack up against others. Just a few days ago I bested my 190lbs on the bench with 200lbs, and got a video of it today for proof:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_eoGPuvP6U

    I'm 6'2" 190 and can bench 200 now since I've been going to the YMCA.

    I lift weights all the time, I love seeing myself get stronger. I can put up 265 pounds twice, I'm hoping to get up to 300 by July...

    Height: 5'10''Weight: 140lbsBench: 120Squat: 255Pullups: 4, yes I suck very bad at them.Pushups: 43, went to 56 yesterday, but I had one rest..Vertical Jump: --I have weight lifting as a class now.. so I'm happy about that

    I lift now and then. Im I dunno, 5'8"? weigh 100 pounds and can bench around 100, and do like 150 on my legs

    Height: 5'8''Weight: 130lbsBench: 130lbs comfortablySquat: Don't know, I will post when I know.Deadlift: See abovePullups: Most I've done is 20... ouch.Pushups: 60-ish...Vertical Jump: I can touch rim is all I know, and I'm 5'8".My back is really weak though, I know that. I would say my most developed muscle group would be my abs, biceps, or legs. I want to bench more, it doesn't help that it's already at my weight.

    I'm too lazy to lift weights. Also I messed up my shoulder so I don't want to get it any worse.

    I would lift weights but I don't find any motivation/reason why. I can't think of any reason for getting stronger...if I run into trouble with dudes then I'll get stronger

    Weightlifting is overrated.I mean you guys might be doing it where it benefits you.. but people I know think if they bench alot, they going pro. It's pretty sad actually.I workout off and on. Don't keep track of my stats though

    I havent lifted in a while, so I'd take off a little on these numbers, but these were my maxes a year ago. Ht-6 Foot 1/2 inchWt-200 poundsBENCH-215INCLINE-205SQUAT-300POWERCLEAN-205Not too shabby in my opinion. :winkglasses:

    I'm 6'4'-6'5". when I lifted back in high school I could bench around 240 at my peak. I could curl aroun 120, and squat around 100. I had a F*cked up kneee back than and didn't want to put that much weight on it for fear of it giving out,as it did when I tried squatting 250 one time. today I am a lot stronger, not from lifting weights but from lifting heavy boxes all day. I routinely lift sh*t that weights around 150 pounds.
