Cripple Comcast sports NW maybe. And maybe they take a blow in the local market, but Comcast is one of the major corporate beasts of this world. To cripple them it would take a great depression the likes this nation might not ever recover from. And it makes me want to cry with ow unfair it is...

I haven't really given my opinion on this and won't...... but just had to speak up a bit when people who have NO GO DAMN CLUE what they are talking about try spouting off like they know what's up. It's a business and this is part of it.

Then why did you PM me and tell me that it was because you had started a failed coup d'etat at work?

Don't really care who broadcasts the games, only that everyone gets to see them.

I'm supposed to believe that HCP can even pronounce coup d'etat let alone spell it correctly or use it in a sentence?

Seattle based Root sports seems to fit to direction of the team

as long as it's available to more people in Portland, I don't care if it's based out of Donald Trumps toupe.

    Exactly this.

It makes no difference where the company is based, the issue is access to games over multiple TV providers.

Yeah ok, you know what I've read across internet forums for years and years better than I do. Maybe coaches and players but certainly not most other fans. But maybe if I use all caps I'll sound more believable.

Now I really hope Root or whomever gets the tv deal gets a deal done with Playstation Vue because it finally came to the Roku and the picture quality is every bit as good as cable, for only 35 bucks a month. At least CSN Northwest is available on it for their last season there.

That was intentionally leaked so Comcast will get nervous and throw down a bigger offer.

Probably. Comcast is still the best option and the big boy amongst the options. With playstation vue available it will reach the homes of many more now.
