    He probably is but he's coming off the injury and is still raw as fuck. Hill will be a good guy to play under for a couple seasons for him.

    I never said he was. It wasnt a criticism towards the Blazers. It was an observation of the other teams in the division and the assets they added for both now and future

    Sure. But the best values are hits in the draft. If you see a guy you like and have the resources to make it happen, you do it. I think Neil made it pretty apparent that that was his philosophy heading into tonight.
