By renouncing Henderson, Leonard, Kaman and Roberts and keeping Harkless and Crabbe we have almost 15M to lure someone else in a 94M salary cap. Let's say we give those 15M to Ryan Anderson. A starting 5 of Lillard - CJ - Aminu - Anderson- Whiteside and a second unit of XXX - Crabbe - Harkless - Davis - Plumlee really intrigues me. And there will be possibilites to trade one of the bigs sometime during the season.

Even the LA media, who used to emphasize that with every possible FA....now admits that the larger market factor..... no longer matters. There are other advantages to LA, but all he needs to do is look at Damian in regards to being successful in building a brand in a small market. If money is the main objective, states with no income tax is a bigger factor. So why not stay in Miami? I do agree that if LA offers the max they could sway him...but if he thinks he will make more money there he will be wrong. (Cost of living is not cheaper)
