https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...MIITAB&usg=AFQjCNFvEHbso6-v3QwUyndsDRUAAz83cA Brace yourself. Canzano has written another of his anti blazer articles about Portland's chances in free agency. My article on Blazerland.com is far better. https://www.blazersland.com/go-big-or-go-home/
If it weren't for S2 continually linking to the Oregonian, they would have no clicks. Why do people continue to link to self-loathers like Clownzano? I just don't get it.
Was canzano wrong in his article? Not at all. I thought it was well written and truthful. Id rather read that instead of an article thats homeriffic (havent read yours yet so no idea if its homeriffic or not)
I don't think think the article was anti-Blazer at all. He pointed out that Portland hasn't landed a big name free agent in quite some time (if ever really) and he was curious if this year would be different with organization seemingly better equipped to do so. Something most Blazer fans have talked about for a while. It wasn't much of an article really, more like something you would read on here.
what was inaccurate about the article? He said we'll see if anything has changed, re: Free Agency and the city of Portland. We will find out pretty soon. I hope we can land some big names. But nothing about the article was unfair.
Canzano's article was SPOT on. He said nothing negative towards the Blazers. He spoke truth from history. You literally said the exact same thing he did. All you did was throw out FA names you want Neil to go after. I am not saying this to criticize your article, it was fine. Just don't bash Canzano and then literally say the same damn thing
Actually, I wrote my article first. But yeah, I spoke too soon this time. I guess when I read his article initially I did so with my hate canzano colored glasses on
Canzano doesn't write articles. He writes columns. He's a columnist, which means everything he writes is his opinion. And in this case, his opinion is completely reasonable.
I don't read his article never have his job is to write about the Blazers so that what he does. We have opinion and the writer does too. Do we agree with they write not always that what free a speech does for us.
It's all true, both articles....Thursday 9:00pm PST is a monumental moment in Blazers direction. We need Whiteside, Horford or Howard. If we cannot add a prime-time FA - or use the cap space in trade for similar - we are forced to trade CJ or Dame to get better/different. Our other assets don't add up to prime-time. Its a moment we've created and waited for. Now we have to trust Olshey to deliver. Anything else leaves a bitter taste in our mouths all summer long and maybe for years to come.
I don't care if he's right. He may be for all I know. But reading a Canzano column is like someone pouring sugar in my gas tank while squeezing lemon juice on my paper cuts while describing the contents of my colon. If there's bad news.... he's the last breathing mammal I want telling me.
If you talk 100 monkeys and give them a typewriter..... then let them bang out the results for a few hours and put it in the largest state publication..... I'm sure a few would be interested enough to look at it. You'd only have to pay the monkeys in bananas though.
