I love this one. Helm was too expensive but Grabner is a similar player and gets us faster. Hayes should be good with him. Good price and term.
Moron Gorton finally did a couple things right. This is an enormous add. Most people won't realize that in our fan base until they see what a difference he makes on the PK unit and with our transition game.
For sure, he fills a need on the PK but hard to get real excited about this guy. Not sure what happened to this guy over the years but his production has dwindled. Last year, he spent time playing with Komarov and did nothing...not a point in over 20 games. Same crapshoot as Stalberg last year.
Not hard to get excited at all. Our team was slow as horseshit last year and it killed us in the Pens series.
You mean the guy we signed for 1.6 million isn't a scoring machine? FIRE SATHER, right? Stalberg was an important player for us last year so not sure why that's a bad thing. This is an excellent signing that gets us faster and an improved PK. Some people will complain about anything.
Yeah Grabner prob top 3 fastest skater in the world and has a 30+ goal season and we got him for 2 years and $300k more than Glass makes
who complaining ? I'm stating that they signed a bottom six role player who has underperformed for several seasons. Sometimes you have to look and be realistic about the top needs of this team and ask yourself if you think this mgt group will address that need ? They have serious holes in the top six. Until they address that , the rest is like shuffling chairs around.
