Hughes is a good defender, but Iverson is a one of a kind talent. Nobody can shut him down, he's just one of those players. Let's see if Hughes can at least somewhat contain him (also unlikely).</span> CelticBalla's Extra Thoughts/NotesDenver needs to set the tempo in this one early. If they start playing a halfcourt game, Cleveland will take over. They need to play their style and dominate the pace of the game right from the get-go.2 more games, Nuggets fans. 2 more games... CelticBalla's PredictionDenver has lost 7 of their last 10 games, they need to get it together soon. I know Melo hasn't played with them since the Iverson era began, but they still should be playing better than they have been. I see them winning tonight. I think it's going to be a good game, and I think Cleveland is definitely going to put up a fight, but I don't see Cleveland keeping up with the pace of the Nuggets tonight.

I am 100% sure Eric Snow will be on Iverson.

Snow will surely get his shot at guarding AI since he practiced with him for so many years, played ball in the summer, etc. Plus Snow is a solid defender, but I'm not so sure he's quick enough to cover Iverson.Hughes is a long defender, and that will bother AI a bit, as will LeBron if Mike Brown decides to throw him at Iverson as well.

I am looking forward to see if Dan Gibson can get some time and go up vs. A.I.That would answer some questions if Gibson is as good as some cav fans make him out to be.

IF he can't be the emotional leader in a game like this, then I don't know what to say. He's obviously frustrated at his teammates, now hopefully he'll let them have it during the half.

Cleveland really sucks on the road. Denver is just too athletic for the Cavs as well.

That needs to change if they want to have any shot at going deep into the playoffs.
