The Memphis Grizzlies have reached a two-year agreement with small forward James Ennis, according to Shams Charania of The Vertical. Charania reports that the deal is for $6 million guaranteed.

The New Orleans Pelicans grabbed Ennis from the D-League on March 30 and signed him to a 10-day contract. He scored 13 points that night in a losing effort against the San Antonio Spurs and scored 11 points the following night in the Pelicans’ victory over the Denver Nuggets.

Ennis eventually signed with New Orleans for the remainder of the season on April 9. He averaged 15.9 points per game in nine games with the Pelicans after averaging 18.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game with the D-League’s Iowa Energy.
